Make time for time.

Stress occurs when we feel that we cannot adequately cope with the demands being made on us. As a result we may feel helpless, frustrated or worried, or resort to unhelpful strategies such as over-eating, drinking alcohol or smoking. Sometimes stress triggers or worsens medical conditions, such as headaches, eczema and high blood pressure.
I provide both individual stress counselling and stress management workshops. The workshops are the perfect opportunity to combine learning with relaxation: You will learn skills that you can apply straight away, practice relaxation techniques, and find out how to build your resilience to stress.
